Priceless Beauty Online Store Review

Free shipping for 2 different orders turned out to be misleading. The first order took 10 days to ship and my current order is 2.5 weeks in and they now tell me that it may be another 4-6 weeks.Customer service sucks and won’t do anything except apologize.

SK-II item came from this store in packaging that is different from what they cell in Ulta Beauty. I took it to retail store and they said its a knockdown from Aliexpress or DHgate website – Chinese copy of the items. BEWARE of Fake Items!!!!

I ordered Tyme Iron from this store, it came in 8 days and appeared to be absolute Fake knockdown from China. They sell replicas of China brands and i am going to report them to BBB. Please other shoppers – report this company!

They shipped the wrong item and expect me to pay a restocking fee. It’s not right and a bad way to do business.

Follow up – I did hear back from the company. They have said they will credit my account for the item.

Hard to understand the person on phone. Was very polite and nice though
